Many travelers upon our public roads suffer serious injuries, and, unfortunately, fatal injuries as a result of truck accidents crashes each and every year. The numbers are far too great. So many truck collisions are caused by a lack of training, qualifications, safety programs, and safety rules. Truck drivers are governed by strict laws, as are motor carrier companies. But even so, big trucks and trailers cause incredible damage. I am proud to say that I am experienced and skilled in the legal handling of truck collisions and the results that unfortunately occur. I take great effort to understand the trucking industry, and have acquired a detailed knowledge of the unique rules, duties, and regulations that govern commercial vehicle transportation.

Handling trucking crash cases has been a part of my law practice for nearly 30 years—basically since I began the practice of law. Tractor-trailer combinations, as well as other big rigs, can be extremely dangerous while traveling on our public roadways and highways. Handling truck wreck cases requires knowledge of the laws that apply to motor carriers and their drivers, and to the standards of care required. My goals include making and keeping our communities safe, and holding those who fail to fulfill the safety standards accountable.
